My name is Bruce Hartman. I began work as a licensed, full-time Realtor in 1983, right after graduating from Western Michigan University with a degree in Finance and specialization in Real Estate. I worked as an industrial Realtor in the Metro Detroit area, specializing in buying, selling, and leasing industrial buildings and/or land. I regularly negotiated with or against presidents and real estate directors of numerous Fortune 500 companies.
I moved to residential real estate in 1996 and have enjoyed a high level of success in that market. I think I bring a higher level of professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise to my clients than is usually found in the residential real estate business. I have been a founding principal in a successful residential real estate company and occasionally teach training classes to my fellow Realtors. I've been happily affiliated with Keller Williams Realty since 2000, which I believe to be the best real estate company for high-producing Realtors.
